Novo Nordisk and Lilly, two pharmaceutical giants behind the blockbuster diabetes and obesity drugs Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound (Ozempic, et al.), currently find themselves embroiled in legal battles with wellness centers, medical spas, and compounding pharmacies.
