Margaret Macdonald

Ms. Macdonald is the Director of the Office of Unfair Import Investigations at the U.S. International Trade Commission, where she litigates intellectual property-related issues. In addition to her work as Director of Unfair Import Investigations, Ms. Macdonald has substantial experience in patent and trademark litigation in the ITC and district courts. Before joining the ITC, Ms. Macdonald was a partner at Perkins Coie LLP for over two years, representing clients in intellectual property matters, and a partner at Howrey LLP for over fifteen years. Ms. Macdonald has also worked with U.S. Customs and Border Protection government attorneys on enforcement issues related to USITC remedial orders in section 337 investigations. She is also an alum of the Washington College of Law.
