Scott Gerien

Scott Gerien is a partner at Dickenson, Peatman & Fogarty (DP&F) in Napa, California, and heads the firm’s Intellectual Property Department. Scott practices before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and litigates before state and federal courts.
